Returns & Refund Policy

At Curtain Supplier, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in delivering high-quality curtains and professional installation services across Dubai. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging

Our team may request photos or videos as proof before processing your return request.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customized nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made curtains (tailored sizes, fabrics, or designs)
  • Curtains that have been altered as per customer request
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • The product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered and cannot be replaced

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (where applicable)

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • You received an incorrect curtain product
  • The delivered item has a manufacturing defect

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before production or processing begins
  • Once a custom curtain order enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded
  • Ready-made curtain orders may be canceled within a limited time after placing the order

6. Installation & Service Refunds

  • Installation and alteration service charges are non-refundable once the service is completed
  • If there is an issue with installation, we will arrange a correction visit where applicable

7. Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order details and issue description
  3. Share supporting images/videos (if required)
  4. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps

8. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items will be inspected by our team
  • Refunds or exchanges will be approved only after verification of the issue
  • Curtain Supplier reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy criteria

9. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return cost
  • For other eligible returns (if any), shipping charges may apply
